2012 Mercedes B Class - In dealers for Road Test in December
With the latest Mercedes B Class having arrived at Frankfurt in September, Mercedes-Benz are now gearing up for customer tests from mid-December. As you can’t have failed to notice, the 2012 Mercedes B Class arrived at this years Frankfurt Motor Show, complete with a raft of detail and even more photos and video. We reported a week or so ago that Mercedes was now in Campaign mode with the new B-Class, and we even had some new photos and a new video – all the better to entice customers in to their local MB dealers to have a look and a play.
Mercedes want you to know the new GLA (pictured) can do off-road too. Mercedes are wasting little time in promoting the new GLA, with yesterday’s reveal of the A-Class Compact SUV coming with the first video trailer to whet potential buyers’ appetites. But it seems Mercedes are quite keen to show that the GLA might just offer a bit more than soft-roader credentials if you opt for a 4MATIC 4WD version (initially available on the 2.0 litre petrol GLA 250 or turbodiesel GLA 220 CDI) in their latest promo video for the GLA.
The UK only Peugeot 308 GT
That at least is the hope for Peugeot UK. For the Peugeot 308 GT THP 200 is in fact the Peugeot 308 GTi in the rest of Europe, as we reported back in May. But as we told you at the time, Peugeot UK wouldn’t market the Euro 308 GTi as a GTi because it’s “…not a GTi as we would know it”.
